For example, you could play with new items like ice cubes, bagels or pancakes every morning to help keep yourself hydrated and replace your normal bowl and plate of cereal with healthy treats in between meals. Or you could indulge in healthy desserts after dinner for dessert. This would help in reducing calorie intake. There is plenty of people who prefer ice cream as their main source of diet. It tastes very delicious and it is good to satisfy your hunger by eating ice products, fruits, vegetables, etc. to keep your appetite satisfied. Pick up small amounts of fluids so that your body gets rid of toxins and waste products because they burn more calories than carbohydrates and fats.
